Houseparent

Thornlow School has a vacancy for a Houseparent to look after a small boarding house

 The successful candidate will play a key role in the recruitment of boarders and have overall responsibility for boarding. This post will require close liaison with the Headmistress and the Senior Management Team.

 This full-time position would suit someone who is confident looking after boys and girls (aged 10-13) from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds, who is flexible and motivated, with proven pastoral experience and a genuine commitment to pupil welfare. A willingness to contribute to the co-curricular life of the School is essential.
