Competing in the ISA SW Athletics Trials at Exeter Arena, Fraser approached the start in a casual and nonchalant manner talking and joking with his fellow competitors. Whilst they made an attempt to stretch their limbs Fraser continued to chat.

As the starter got them together, Fraser walked casually forward. However as soon as the gun went ,he was out of the blocks like a leopard out of his cage. For the first fifty metres he was in second place but digging deep  he drew upon extreme levels of fitness and surged forward to admiring comments from the commentary box.

For this superb feat of athleticism he has been awarded his school colours!
